Strong wind hits a house in Banmauk.

A STRONG wind recently hit Banmauk Township in Katha District of Sagaing Region, blowing the roofs of houses, monastery and schools, according to locals.
Some villages suffered a little damage during the natural disaster; however, there have been no reported injuries to people and animals.
About 50 houses, two primary schools, a monastery and staff housings in Narnanthtun, Magyigone and Mingone villages as well as Naungput gold mine have been partially damaged by powerful wind.
The authorities are now making arrangement for replacing new roofs on those houses as quickly as possible.
