H.E. Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, State Counsellor and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar received H.E. Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, Deputy Prime Minister and Member of the Politburo Committee of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam at the Presidential Palace in Nay Pyi Taw on 17 June 2019 at 3:30 p.m.
At the meeting, the State Counsellor and Deputy Prime Minister of Viet Nam discussed matters pertaining to the promotion of bilateral relations, trade and investment, exchange of
visits between the leaders of the two countries and to maintain and strengthen the friendly bilateral relations by enhancing people to people contact.
Also present at the meeting were U Kyaw Tin, Union Minister for International Cooperation, U Min Thu, Union Minister for the Office of the Union Government, Deputy Ministers U Hla Kyaw, U Thar Oo, U Aung Htoo and Senior Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of Viet Nam to Myanmar, H.E. Dr. Luan Thuy Duong and Senior Officials from Viet Nam.—MNA
