Portugal-based Vende-se Films shot scenes in Yangon, including at cultural heritage buildings, and also captured the traditional culture of Myanmar from 4 to 6 January for a documentary film.
The team captured people participating in sports events held to mark the Independence Day, water transportation in the Yangon River, the Yangon-Dala Jetty, colonial buildings on Pansodan Road, the daily life of the people along the circular rail road, and Myanmar traditional performance at the Karaweik Palace Hotel.
The documentary will be released under the title The Journey. —Tin San (FDC) (Translated by Kyaw Zin Tun)
