Narcotic drugs confiscated in four townships

Police from Shwebo Myoma police station searched the house of Nay Soe Htet (a) Ye Naung in No.6 Ward in Shwebo Town and seized 56g of heroin, 3,511 stimulant tablets, Myanmar currency notes amounted K 4,500 and one mobile phone from him, together with Ma Zar Chi Htaik and Nay Win Htet on 30 November.
A combined team including anti-narcotic drug squad No.41 of Yangon (East) confiscated 353.5 g of ICE, 7,270 stimulant tablets and a mobile phone from the house of Phone Maung in Zay Street in Byaing Yay Oo Sin Street in Tamway on 1 December.
Similarly, Anti-narcotic drug squad No.27 of Loilem searched the house of Aik Kyaw and Ma Nam Kham Lu (a) Nam Aye Lu in No.1 Ward in Mongshu Town and seized 4,000 stimulant tablets, 1 kg of raw heroin and Myanmar currency notes amounted K 80,000.
On the same day, Tatmadaw personnel searched a hut in the farm near Kun Taw Village, Mabein Township and seized 10,600 stimulant tablets from Ma Hla Win who was found in the hut.
