The sale of application forms for the Mya Yee Nandar housing complex, which is being implemented by the Mandalay City Development Committee, will be on till 30 June, according to MCDC. The committee began selling the forms on 17 June for K500.
The MCDC has built a total of 456 apartments in the complex. There are 19 six-storey apartment buildings in the complex, with each apartment measuring 661 square feet. The sale of some apartments has been cancelled because buyers could not be contacted, and the unsold units will be sold to civil service personnel from six townships of Mandalay Region as well as retired service personnel. The housing project is aimed at improving the living standards of the people, according to the MCDC.
The application forms can be purchased at the Dhammayon in the compound of the Mandalay City Development Committee office between 26th and 27th streets and between 71st and 72nd streets, according to the MCDC. The completed forms can be submitted from 1 July onwards.
