A WORLD War II-era cargo coach was discovered in a river in Yedashe Township, Bago Region.
The coach was revealed by the silting of the Swar River causing the water level in part of the river to drop.
The cargo coach fell into the river when the train and the bridge it ran on were hit by bombs dropped by during WWII, according to an old woman who witnessed the event while she was hiding in the forest during the war.
There are some bullet holes on the left side of the car, according to people living in the area.
