Vice Senior General Soe Win attends launching of new aircrafts and helicopters

The aircrafts and helicopters being launched with ceremony.

Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win, in Air Force uniform, delivered a speech at the launching ceremony of aircraft and helicopters at a fly training base in Meiktila yesterday.
Four new 1900D aircrafts and four EC 120 B helicopters were launched at the ceremony. The Air Force has received a total of 55 aircrafts and 14 helicopters in eight launching ceremonies of new aircraft.
Then, the commander of the fly training base announced the launching of the aircraft.
At the ceremony, Commander-in-Chief (Air Force) presented a gift to the vice senior general to commemorate the ceremony.
Later, squadrons of fighter jets displayed aerobatic maneuvers.
The vice senior general and party also released 69 birds to mark the ceremony before sprinkling scented water onto the aircraft. Then, the vice senior general and party viewed round the exhibition booths of the Air Force.
