Thailand donates 5 million baht for Myanmar relief

The Thai government donated 5 million baht (US $142,000) Friday for flood victims in Myanmar.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Tanasak Patimapragorn handed over a cheque to Myanmar Ambassador U Win Maung at a ceremony to mark the 48th Anniversary of ASEAN in Pattaya, Thailand.
The donation has been transferred to a Myanma Foreign Trading Bank account for relief operations.
