The Buddha Images and relics were discovered while renovation of the pagoda was being undertaken at the end of last month, said locals, adding that the relics found in the pagoda are being kept for public obeisance.
The ancient pagoda, with the title of Maha Muni Datu Yanthi, was built by King Monyin in 796, they said.
