President’s Office announces formation of four committees

THE President’s Office announced formation of four committees with the release of notifications yesterday.
According to the President’s Office, the Central Committee for Supervising and Taking Care of Foreigners, the National Water Resources Management Committee, Committee for the Development of National Transport Sector and Implementation of Projects were formed and the Central Committee for the Management of Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands was reformed.
The Central Committee for Supervising and Taking Care of Citizens chaired by the Vice-President 1 will be formed with 19 members, the National Water Resources Management Committee chaired by the Vice-President (2) will be comprised of 21 members and the Committee for Development of National Transport Sector and Implementation of Projects chaired by Union Minister for Transport and Communication will be made up of 22 members. The Central Committee for Management of Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands chaired by Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation will be reformed with 18 members.
