President receives credentials of ambassadors

NAY PYI TAW — President U Thein Sein on Thursday accepted the credential of Mr Robert Lauer, the newly-accredited Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Myanmar, at the Presidential Palace here.
Mr Pier Giorgio Federico Aliberti, the newly-accredited Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Myanmar, and Mr Karel Johannes HARTOGH, the newly-accredited Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Myanmar, also presented their credentials to the President on the same day.
Present on the occasions were Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Wunna Maung Lwin, Union Minister at the President Office U Thein Nyunt and Acting Director-General U Ko Ko Naing of Protocol Department.—MNA
