New transformer installed at Yezagyo Hospital

A new 200 KVA transformer is being  installed at 100-beded Yezagyo township hospital in Magway Region.  The township development supportive committee said as the hospital was expanded from a 50 to a 100-bed one, the current old 50 KVA transformer had to be replaced with a more powerful facility spending the Health Ministry’s 2015-2016 Budget. The new transformer was requested by the township’s Amyotha Hluttaw representative at the Amyotha Hluttaw ( Upper House). The hospital, was expanded during the present government’s term, with more specialists, doctors and nurses. In addition, a plan is being underway to build a 156×56 ft six-unit four-storied building for staff families for which the township has got K 600 million construction green light.  The land for the building has already been chosen, said a township source.
