Myanma Railways plans to build an additional tributary of the recently-opened Insein railway overpass, senior engineer U Myo Zaw Htoo of Myanma Railways said. “The main overpass leads to Sawbwagyigon and its first tributary to Insein Park and football ground,” he said. “Due to requests of the people, we will build one more tributary of the overpass leading to Mingyi Road.” A survey is being conducted for construction tasks, the senior engineer said. The new tributary will be 522 feet long and 16 feet wide. The government will allot K1.5 billion for construction of the overpass tributary in 2016.
