MANY parts of the country have been hit by natural disasters brought about by the El Niño front over the last few months.
Members of the Myanmar Police Force have been contributing their energy and resources to the rescue, rehabilitation and clean-up required in disaster-hit areas.
On Sunday, 8 May, members of Unit-10/25 of the Security Police Force, based in Sinbaungwei, Myaing and Yaysagyo townships in Magwe Reagion, took part in rebuilding damaged houses hit by strong wind, hailstones and heavy rain, and they cleaned fallen trees that blocked roads in those areas.
