BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13th September, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing ,Mandalay,Magway ,Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah and Kayin States, Scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region, (Southern) Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread in (Eastern)Shan and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Kachin and  State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 – 7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak monsoon.
