OFFICIALS from the Mandalay City Development Committee conducted a surprise inspection of check foods and other goods in Mandalay markets on Wednesday. Members of the Consumer Protection Association also participated in the inspections. They team inspected foods, oils, cosmetics and other consumer goods that were unfit for
