Management course to be offered in Tokyo for Myanmar executives

The Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA) will offer the Role of Executives for Better Industrial Relations in Global Era (ERGE) course to members of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) from 23rd January to 3rd February, 2017.
Those who meet the set qualifications are entitled to submit applications by 7th November, 2016, presenting the required documents, an autobiography, a membership certificate of UMFCCI or associated companies and a recommendation from their association. The course will offer practical management skills. Those selected to attend will be funded for accommodation, but applications need to be received before the deadline, said an official from Mandalay Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
HIDA is an organization for human resources development in developing countries to promote technical cooperation through training, experts dispatch and other programmes.
The course aims at sharing administrative strategies to be applied in industrial relations. They will also share culture, opinions and cooperation with the labour force in Japanese companies.—200
