Faobao relations will remain unchanged: Chinese Representative

AS the Tatmadaw has been patient and cooperated in regard to ending armed conflicts, the peace process has progressed to where it stands today, said Defence Services Commander-in-Chief Senior General Min Aung Hlaing during his meeting with Mr Sun Guoxiang, Asian Affairs Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, held at Bayint Naung Yeiktha yesterday.
The Senior General continued to say that efforts will be exerted according to the policy of the government to hold the 21 century Panglong Conference securely and efficiently to ensure peace.
The Chinese representative said that the faobao relations between the two countries and the ties between the two armies would remain unchanged regardless of Myanmar’s internal political changes and that China supports the Myanmar people’s choice of the development path that suits them.
