Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services holds talks with EU Military Council Chairman

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Services, met with General Mikhail Kostarakos, Chairman of the European Military Council General Mikhail Kostarakos, in Brussels, Belgium, at 2.45 pm local time yesterday.
At the meeting, they discussed exchange of visits between the Tatmadaw and armed forces of the member countries of EU, promoting relations between Myanmar and EU, training and future cooperation.
Before the meeting, the Myanmar delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited the Memorial 1815-the battle of Waterloo memorial site, and Namur town in Wallonia.
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing also met with staff of Myanmar Embassy and presented gifts to them.
Staff families of the embassy hosted dinner in honour of the delegation.— Myanmar News Agency
