CLOSER cooperation matters most in national development, Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Win Myint said yesterday during his first meeting with departmental officials and local residents in Tamwe township, Yangon Region.
The speaker stressed the need of civil servants to be accountable to the people, warning them not to abuse their positions and public trust.
