THE Emergency Ambulance Service Foundation-EASF has been provided with a fund by KBZ’s Brighter Future Myanmar Foundation, the BFM, to improve its operations.
Senior Executive Director of KBZ Group of companies U Nyo Myint handed over K30 million to the EASF through U Tin Zaw Maung, Chairman of the EASF yesterday. The funding comes following the BFM’s donation of emergency vehicles to the EASF which is run under the Myanmar Medical Association.
“Today’s donation is aimed at making for more effective ambulance services, which will save lives” said U Nyo Myint.
Every emergency vehicles of the EASF is equipped with emergency medical equipment including a defibrillator and the foundation has saved the lives of about 2,700 people so far.
