Baby panda donated to Mandalay Zoo

A LITTLE panda was donated to the Mandalay Yadanarpon Zoological Garden. According to Mong Pan Administrator, a Himalayan panda left her baby in the forest near Na-kyaing village, Mong Pan township, Shan State. One U Kyaw Kyaw who visited the forest found and adopted the baby panda.  After six months, U Kyaw Kyaw informed the Linkhe district administrator that he wanted to donate the panda to the zoo.
In the first week of February, U Sai Wai Lin, Mong Pan township administrator handed over the panda to U Aung Kaw Soe from the Forestry Department. They will send it to the Mandalay Yadanarpon Zoological Garden, it is reported.
