Auto parts, electronics expo kicks off in Yangon

The AUTO EXPO Myanmar (Myanmar International Auto Parts & Accessories Exhibition) and POWER EXPO Myanmar (Myanmar International Electrical, Electronics & Electric Power Equipment Fair) shows began yesterday at the Tatmadaw Exhibition Hall in Yangon.
The two shows will be held through October 1offering Myanmar with high quality, reasonably priced options in these industries.
Fang-Miao Lin, Executive VP of show organizer Taipei World Trade Centre-TWTC, welcomed guests to the shows during the opening ceremony.
This year showcases the most diverse and complete choice of auto parts and electronics expecting to attract more than 5,500 visitors from Yangon and other areas of Myanmar. These events will also facilitate a projected 1,000+ one-on-one trade meetings, expected to generate more than US$25 million in parts and power deals. Also, the “Taiwan Excellence Pavilion” will showcase 60 award-winning products from 30 Taiwanese brands which have been awarded the Taiwan Excellence Award.
At the same time, another 12 Taiwanese enterprises coming from various industries will showcase their products ranging from the silent dry vacuum cleaner, power tools, steam cleaners, motors, blenders, smart computer temperature control iron, feed additive, potential inspiring blocks, cereal, geogrid, geotextile tube, water treatment and purifier, water bottle equipment and many others.
