THE Myanmar real property exhibition will be held from 10 to 12 June at Tamadaw Hall in Yangon. There is a 12-year instalment plan for apartments and the condominiums, said U Nay Min Thu, the managing director of iMyanmarHouse.com.
“Apartments and condominiums worth over K25 billion (US$21,043,771) have been sold in the previous two expos held in March and May 2015. A portion of the profit earned from this expo has been donated to flood victims, people who cannot afford medical treatment or education and internally displaced people affected by armed conflicts,” he added.
“Five to 20 per cent of the prices will be reduced during the expo. People can come to observe the real estate market in one place. There will also be educational talks by professionals at the expo. Over 50 real estate and construction companies will be represented at the exhibition,” the managing director said.
Members of the public can visit the exhibition free of charge. There will be lucky draw events offering Samsung phones, tablets and other gifts valued at K5 million at the event.
