52nd Myanmar Police Force Day and Prize presentation ceremony held in Kyaukme town, Shan State (North)

A CEREMONY to mark the 52nd Myanmar Police Force at the MinYeKyawswar hall of the District Police Force was held in Kyaukme Township, Shan State (North) yesterday.
At the opening ceremony, the Kyaukme District Administrator made a speech, and District Police Force Commander Police Lt. Col. Khin Maung Nyunt read out a message from the Police Chief.
The District Administrator presented outstanding awards to Police Lieutenant Aung Chit Su and Police Warrant Officer Thar Ei. Lt. Col. Aung Naing Htoo of No 1 Mobile Operations Command presented prize to the representatives of Nawnghkio and Hsipaw Townships which mostly implemented measures in combatting drug trafficking and timber trading.
The District Police Force Commander gave prizes to the Ward administrators and members of civil society organisations who co-operated with the police force in police procedures and two outstanding police members.
Police officers gave outstanding awards to the police members and presented prizes to the outstanding children of Police members who passed the matriculation examination for 2016 with flying colours.—Myint Aung (Kyaukme—IPRD)
